- Encryption: We use sophisticated encryption to ensure your data is secure in transit and at rest. When you collect it from your customers we force HTTPS and apply SSL. at rest we encrypt using AES265 symmetric encryption.
- Infrastructure: All our systems are hosted with Amazon Web Services in their Australian data centre in Sydney, designed by AWS certified engineers following AWS recommendations and best practises.
- 3rd Party Audits: We regularly hire 3rd parties to audit our policies and procedures, and perform penetration tests.
- Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Plan: We have robust business continuity management to prevent incidents and to ensure high performance and availability.
