Australian Credit Data (ACD) provides credit corrections services to assist both credit providers and consumers achieve better lending outcomes.

ACD provides its corrections results to credit bureaus such as Equifax, who provide credit reports to consumers and business customers.

The challenge

Customers apply to have their credit ratings corrected using a platform managed by Australian Credit Data (ACD).

The existing process was slow, required multiple forms be completed and had very few integrations with other digital platforms.

The system was expensive to run and required a coder to make changes which was slow and inefficient.

The solution

ACD engaged Transformd to build a modernised and smart credit correction customer experience.

Essential to the success of this solution was that it securely manage sensitive customer data, offer a singular data entry process for customers and integrate seamlessly with third party systems.

Transformd delivered a multi party/tenant cloud based platform which not only met these key deliverables but also elevated the process to a premium customer experience.

The result

Transformd undertook a detailed process of understanding customer needs and business objectives.

In collaboration with ACD, Transformd developed a system that:

The new platform has been running for a couple of years and processes over 100,000 transactions per year.

Changes to the platform are made using simple drag and drop functionality and ACD can monitor its overall performance using a dashboard.

Transform was able to integrate with the Equifax PAS customer management system and is planning to further integrate with Salesforce.

The ACD and Transformed collaboration has been very successful and the teams continue to work together to further optimise data management, integrations and data pre-population.
